The inaugural edition of the Women’s Caribbean Premier League (WCPL 2022) will kickstart on August 31 and will be played with three league matches and the final. The finals will be played on 5 September.
There will be three teams participating in the inaugural season of the tournament which are Barbados Royals, Trinbago Knight Riders & Guyana Amazon Warriors. The Barbados Royals & Trinbago Knight Riders are owned by IPL team owners – Rajasthan Royals & Kolkata Knight Riders.
