As soon as the schedule of the 2020 season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) was released, the two Royal teams of the league, Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore had friendly banter over the use of the Rajasthan Royals logo. However, this fight was not in any court-court, but on social media, Rajasthan Royals publicly advised Royal Challengers Bangalore to use the right logo then RCB had a cheeky response.
Rajasthan Royals accused Royal Challengers Bangalore of using the old logo of the team. At the same time, RCB gave a befitting reply to Rajasthan Royals on Twitter.
It started with Royal Challengers Bangalore sharing the video of the schedule of their matches on their Twitter account, which explained the matches. On one side there was the RCB logo, while on the other side the logos of the teams were changing according to the matches.
Posting this video, the fans were asked by RCB’s Twitter account that which team do you like a good match with RCB. Fans were replying to this tweet that Rajasthan Royals tried to troll their IPL rival team Royal Challengers Bangalore and said that they used the wrong logo.
RCB responded in a befitting manner to the Twitter handle of Rajasthan Royals without delay. RCB has used the same logo, which can be seen on the helmets of Rajasthan Royals batsman Sanju Samson.
However, the logo on the Rajasthan Royals Twitter account has the background colour pink and Samson’s helmet logo is blue. The blue colour logo has been used by RCB and the answer is that you are saying that this logo is not correct.
So you’re saying this is the incorrect logo? 🧐🤨🤔 pic.twitter.com/85v7qJnJhO— Royal Challengers Bangalore (@RCBTweets) September 7, 2020
Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore will play their first match against each other on October 3 in Abu Dhabi, while their second match is on October 17 in Dubai. The surprising thing is that both times the match between the two teams will be played in the afternoon. According to the UAE, this match will start at 2 pm, but at that time it will be 3:30 pm in India.
