Ahead of the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024), Dheeraj Malhotra has stepped down as CEO at Delhi Capitals. Sukhvinder Singh has been appointed as the Interim CEO.
“Mr. Dhiraj Malhotra, who held the position of CEO at Delhi Capitals, has decided to move on. We would like to thank him for his contribution over the years, and would like to wish him the very best in all his future endeavours,” Delhi Capitals posted on X (formerly Twitter).
“We are pleased to announce Mr. Sukhvinder Singh as the Interim CEO of Delhi Capitals He comes in with vast experience of having worked in the sports business sector in multiple roles, and will take charge as Interim CEO with immediate effect,” the statement further added.
