Kerala Blasters FC announced the appointment of Rajah Rizwan as the club’s new Academy and Women’s Team Director. Rizwan will have overall leadership and responsibility for the strategy and operations across all academy functions.
In addition to the academy, Rizwan takes on a new role to lead the development, implementation and launch of the Kerala Blasters Women’s Team later in the year.
In his new role, Rizwan will report to Sporting Director, Karolis Skinkys and will work closely with the Academy Technical Director, Tomasz Tchorz, and the rest of the academy staff.
“I am extremely happy and proud to have joined Kerala Blasters. This is a very exciting moment for me. I am aware of the expectations, I know the level and I know the stature of the Club and what it deserves and I am ready for that challenge, I have already started working and got familiarized with everyone at the club. The enthusiasm and culture is excellent, so it’s giving me more energy and I feel extremely happy about it.
